How to use this printable target
Grid Circle X combines a bold circular aiming boundary with a lighter measurement grid so you can see where groups are moving on the page.
It is useful when you want more information than a plain bullseye provides, especially for sight confirmation, hold changes, or diagnosing consistent directional misses.
Drill ideas
- Fire a group at the X and use the grid to measure the center of the group.
- Hold at different points inside the circle and record the point of impact shift.
- Use the outer circle as the acceptable zone and the X as the precision standard.
Scoring and print notes
Use the grid squares for measurement and notes rather than formal scoring.
- Print at 100% scale so the grid remains useful as a reference.
- Use a dark pen for notes so they remain visible over the light grid.
